Vicki,
who is a certified permanent makeup specialist has received her training
in both California and Nebraska. Initial training in 1992 at Milpetas
College of Permanent Cosmetics in California, gave Vicki her start in
this exciting beauty field. In 2003, she completed her second course of
study using the traditional hand method of permanent cosmetics, from the
Institute of Permanent Cosmetics in Omaha, Nebraska. Since then, Vicki
has received her "certified" status from the Society of Permanent
Cosmetic Professionals.
Vicki is dedicated to giving her clients the most precise, natural looking enhancements available. Her background in art and design has given Vicki the natural skill needed to become one of the premier certified specialists in the field of permanent makeup application. She has expertise in eyeliner, "hair stroke" natural looking brows and of course, lip liner and full lip color.
Vicki is a member of professional affiliations such as the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, the American Academy of Micro pigmentation and the Better Business Bureau.
