Pricing GuidePermanent cosmetics is a technical, personal service. It consists of detail work that required professional training, experience, a steady hand and the understanding of color theory. Vicki has an extensive art and design background that has given her the edge to become a premier certified permanent make up professional. You should not shop for the cheapest prices, but look for the most qualified permanent cosmetic technician available to meet your needs. Prices include initial application and one touch-up, as well as after care packet, follow-up care and information. All above procedures include one touchup. In my effort to ensure all clients satisfaction additional touch-ups will be allowed (if necessary), to assure desired effects. Save $100 by having a brows and eyeliner scheduled at the same appointment. Touch-ups are done in 4 to 5 weeks from initial procedure, giving the skin time to exfoliate to see the permanent results before procedure is considered complete. Permanent cosmetics are considered a permanent procedure because the color is implanted into the dermal later of skin and cannot be washed off. However, as with any tattoo, fading can and does occur after time, softening the color requiring periodic maintenance. After care and skin type also determine the lasting visual results.
